One of our dearest friends, Courtney Cartwright, was recently diagnosed with recurrent thyroid cancer. Today, she and her husband, Matt, headed down to MD Anderson in Houston to begin treatment. They have been faithful and honest and have an eternal outlook on the whole situation.
