How much would you guess that I spent on all of this?!
Let me explain...
This is what I bought along with their regular prices:
Huggies Little Snugglers (Newborn-36 diapers)- $8.99
Huggies Little Snugglers (Newborn-36 diapers)- $8.99
Kotex Female Products- $2.99
Nestle Crunch Eggs- $2.50
Nestle Crunch Eggs- $2.50
Total: $25.97 + $2.05 (tax)= $28.02 <----Should have been my total
These are the coupons I used:
$3 off any one Huggies diaper (manufacturer coupon)
$3 off any one Huggies diaper (manufacturer coupon)
$2 off Huggies diapers when you buy two (some random sticker on the side of the diapers)
$1 off any one Kotex product (manufacturer coupon)
$1 off Nestle Eggs when you buy two (manufacturer coupon)
$1 off Nestle Eggs when you buy two (Walgreens coupon)
Coupon Total: $11
I also had $8 in Register Rewards left over from a purchase last week. Basically, last week I bought two tubes of toothpaste that were on sale and that I had coupons for...so they would have been free anyway with the sale and coupons...but they then gave me $4 in Register Rewards for each tube of toothpaste. So, they just straight up gave me $8 last week!
RR Total: $8
Do the math... $28.02-$11 (coupons)-$8 (RR)=$9.02
See, I beat Walgreens!
Now, couponing is not something that I really care about, or that is necessary for us to stay on our budget...it is something that I think is fun. I think I consider it a challenge or competition! I told Landon that I think I might take a long break since I was so successful today...and since I won. I'm not competitive or anything. :)
