For all those out there wondering, the duplex has not sold yet. We are hopeful that it will sell soon, but also patient and content where we are right now. The feedback we have received has been VERY good, but most buyers haven't qualified. Boo. We were laughing yesterday about the things we have had to do for almost 3 straight months, like make the bed every morning and do the dishes after every meal. You just never know when you are going to get the call to show the house, and it always seems to be at busy, inopportune times. It's a good thing we are both neat-freaks, or this would be hard. :)
Landon said something really funny yesterday as we were preparing for another showing..."I don't mind vacuuming, it's like mowing the carpet." Ha.

Keeping a house clean for a possible showing is so difficult! You ARE very fortunate that you are both neat-freaks.
I hope that you find a buyer (that qualifies) very soon!
